Assistance Update

Because of our members' ongoing support, a donation of $5,030 USD from PTPI's International Friendship Fund (IFF) was made to Partners in Health on March 22 to further help victims of the January earthquake that devastated Haiti. PTPI's Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Student Chapter contributed $4,730 USD of the amount. Visit the Asia Pacific section of this newsletter to learn how the students raised the funds. For a full list of donors, visit the PTPI Blog

Our thoughts are with all affected by recent natural disasters, including the earthquakes that struck Chile during February and Turkey this month. We are grateful our members in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir are safe. Our condolences to those who have suffered losses and are rebuilding their lives.

Contribute to the IFF.
