Joyce C. Hall College Scholarship
Each year, up to five college scholarships of $2,000 are awarded. Applicants must have experience with People to People International through participation in one of our various programs, including the Student Ambassador Program, student, university or community chapter activities, School and Classroom Program or Global Youth Forum. Applicants must be current PTPI members and currently enrolled as a high school senior or a full-time college or university student with a 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale. International students are encouraged to apply.
Each award will be sent directly to the student's university or college. The scholarship must be used to pay tuition first, then books and supplies. PTPI must approve application of scholarship funds to meet other educational expenses, such as dormitory fees, off-campus study and special projects.

James & Eunice Doty PTPI/Congressional Award Scholarship
This
scholarship awards two outstanding middle or high school students (high school seniors are not eligible) full participation in PTPI's annual conference for young leaders, the Global Youth Forum. The scholarship includes all program fees and airfare, as well as a special award recognition from PTPI's President and CEO, Mary Jean Eisenhower. Students are eligible to apply for the 2014 scholarship if they earn and receive the Congressional Award prior to October 15, 2013.
To be eligible for the 2014 scholarship, applicants must:
- have earned the 2013 Congressional Award (bronze, silver, or gold)
- currently be a middle or high school student (freshman, sophomore, or junior; seniors are not eligible)
- be in good academic standing
- demonstrate maturity and well-rounded interests
- demonstrate financial need
The application will be available in August. Applications must be received by October 15, 2013. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.

Global Youth Forum Leadership Scholarship
People to People International offers full and partial scholarships to student members to attend the 2013 Global Youth Forum (GYF), November 6-10 in Washington, DC. The scholarship will cover part or all of the GYF tuition (including lodging, food, and activities.) Airfare, unaccompanied minor fees, and personal spending money are not included.
Qualifications for consideration:
- Must reside in the United States (for students residing outside the United States, please see the GYF Global Leadership Scholarship below)
- Must be between the ages of 13-18 and a high school student or younger during the time of the GYF
- Must be a current Student Chapter Member or an At-Large Student Member of PTPI
- Must be able to demonstrate exemplary leadership skills and community involvement
- Must have a commitment to and belief in the mission of PTPI
The following will be considered during the selection process:
- Completed application and quality of work presented
- Demonstrated financial need
- Participation in a PTPI Student Chapter
- Leadership potential

GYF Global Leadership Scholarship
PTPI is offering four full scholarships for members to attend the 2013 Global Youth Forum (GYF), November 6-10 in Washington, DC. The scholarship will cover lodging, food, and activities. The scholarship will also include the price of roundtrip airfare between the student's hometown and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Unaccompanied minor fees, passport fees, visa fees, and personal spending money are not included.
Qualifications for consideration:
- Must reside outside the United States (for students residing in the United States, please see the Global Youth Forum Leadership Scholarship above)
- Must be between the ages of 16-18 and a high school student during the time of the GYF
- Must be a current Student Chapter Member or an At-Large Student Member of PTPI
- Must be able to demonstrate exemplary leadership skills and community involvement
- Must have a commitment to and belief in the mission of PTPI

Mary Jean Eisenhower Partner in Peace Scholarship
This annual scholarship recognizes students’ accomplishments in peace-building, international understanding and year-long humanitarian efforts.
Applicants must be current PTPI members ages 13-18 who exemplify PTPI’s mission of Peace through Understanding (please see full scholarship criteria). The recipient will receive:
- Paid registration to PTPI's Global Youth Forum November 6-10, 2013 in Washington, DC, or equivalent funds toward university tuition/books (if a graduating senior).
- Award recognition as a People to People International “Partner in Peace” at the Global Youth Forum Awards Ceremony.
