Global Landmine Initiative
In Cambodia, foraging can be the only means of survival for people living in abject poverty. Yet, in areas where there are densely laid landmines, foraging can take a devastating turn. Often knowing the dangers of landmines, but believing that tattoos inked by Buddhist Monks will protect them, innocent young men and children face devastating consequences.

YOU can make a difference toward ensuring a safe existence for the people of Cambodia. In the first six months of this year, the PTPI-sponsored HSTAMIDS demining team cleared 3.16 acres of land, destroying 189 mines and unexploded ordnance. Use this resource to share with others how they can support PTPI's Global Landmine Initiative to ensure a more fruitful life for poverty stricken people in Cambodia!

Operation International Children
Check out this Action Pack to learn how you can support the program Operation International Children (OIC). Groups around the globe are collecting school supplies within their community that are sent through OIC to U.S. troops abroad who hand deliver the supplies to children.
