Global
Youth Murals Project
Students in primary, middle and secondary-school are invited
to participate in People to People International's annual Global Youth
Murals Project. Join students around the globe to create artwork that
illustrates our world's unique cultures and hope for friendship and "peace
through understanding." Murals created for the 2008 project will be
exhibited at PTPI's Global Youth Forum, which will be held in Denver, Colorado
USA in November, and at galleries withing the Greater Kansas City area in
Kansas and Missouri USA from December 2008 to April 2009. Approximately six
outstanding murals will be selected to receive awards and will be
featured in PTPI's magazine, People.
Murals may be submitted any time before the deadline October 27, 2008. Postage
assistance to mail murals to PTPI World Headquarters is
available to groups that qualify (contact us for more details).
