BEST CHAPTER WEB SITE AWARD

AWARD:
The Best Chapter Web site Award for chapters is a $250.00 monetary award presented to a chapter having the most creative, informative and accurate presentation of information in the form of a Web site. No more than one (1) recipient of the Best Chapter Web site Award may be selected in any one (1) fiscal year (January through December).

CRITERIA:
The award may be presented to a chapter for having the most creative, informative and accurate presentation of information in the form of a web site. The web site must contain current, updated information. Chapter dues must be paid to PTPI World Headquarters by January 15 to be eligible for this award.

NOMINATION:
Written nominations for the receipt of the Best Chapter Web site Award must be submitted by Council Chairpersons, Chapter Presidents, or Chapter members, or members of the Board of Directors or the Board of Trustees. Chapter Presidents and Chapter members may submit written nominations for their own web sites.

SELECTION:
The Awards Committee will determine the recipient of the award among those nominated. The Committee will present them to the Board of Directors for information rather than approval during the June meeting of the Board of Directors. Chapters will not be eligible to receive this award for one (1) fiscal year following receipt.

PRESENTATION:
The Best Chapter Web site Award will be presented at the most appropriate time and place following the selection of the recipients. The presentation should reflect the dignity of the award. The Annual Board of Trustees Meeting, the Worldwide Conference or the National or Regional Council meeting are the customary affairs for the presentation. The presentation should be made by the President/CEO of People to People International.

ADMINISTRATION:
Written nominations for the Best Chapter Web site Award must be received at People to People International World Headquarters by May 1. Nominations should always be for a web site which was maintained in the previous calendar year. Nominations should include a detailed description and any additional information that may assist the Awards Committee with selection.
