People to People International Inner Circle

PURPOSE:
The People to People International Inner Circle is an honor bestowed upon outgoing leaders of this organization. The Inner Circle Medallion is a gold People to People medallion worn around the neck. The name of the recipient as well as the dates of service are engraved on the reverse.

CRITERIA:
The People to People International Inner Circle will include all past Chairpersons of the Board of Trustees, past Chairpersons of the Board of Directors (Executive Committee), and past Presidents of the Corporation. Individuals are inducted into the Inner Circle when they have completed their term of office.

CEREMONY:
Beginning with the People to People International 12th Worldwide Conference, induction ceremonies have taken place during the Worldwide Conference. If the induction is posthumous, a spouse or family member can accept the Inner Circle Medallion on the recipient's behalf. However, this does not mean that the individual receiving the award is a member of the Inner Circle.

ACTIVITY:
The Inner Circle will meet annually, usually in conjunction with the Board of Trustees Meeting or Worldwide Conference, at a special luncheon hosted by the CEO of People to People International. This luncheon will be limited to members of the Inner Circle, members of the Board of Directors and staff of People to People International.
