The Eisenhower Distinguished Service Award may be presented
to an individual or organization that has made a great
contribution to humankind on a national or international

for more than three (3) years. No more than three (3)

may be selected in any one (1) fiscal year (January
through December).

Service Award may be submitted by members of the Board
of Trustees, Council Chairpersons or by Chapter Presidents

must receive a two-thirds majority vote from the Board
of Directors members present during the June meeting
of the Board of Directors. No individual may receive
